How long does counseling take?
Typically, counseling sessions are scheduled for a 50 minute time period 1-4 times per month. Because each situation is different, it is important that you work with your individual therapist to develop a plan that feels comfortable and beneficial to you.
How much does counseling cost?
All of our therapists are committed to providing quality services at reasonable rates. The fees vary depending on the services provided.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a counseling session?
Counseling sessions need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged for the session. We ask for this courtesy so other clients who are waiting for an appointment can be scheduled without delay. Please contact your counselor on her direct line if you need to cancel a previously scheduled appointment.
